Application Instructions

St. Anne's is proud to offer quality apartments at an affordable price through various affordable housing programs. Our rents are designed to stay within reach for individuals and families across a range of incomes.

If your household income falls within the limits listed below, you may qualify for these reduced rents. Contact the Community Management Team for more information on specific eligibility and directions on how to apply. Housing vouchers are welcome.

Download & complete the Waitlist Application and make a copy of the application for your records. Please fill it out completely, as we are unable to accept an incomplete application.

Maximum Income

The maximum income is determined based on the Area Median Income (AMI) and the household size. Income limits are reviewed and updated each year, typically between April and June.

Minimum Income

The minimum annual income for the household must exceed 2.5x the rent amount and is determined based on the unit’s set rent.

Minimum income requirements do not apply to voucher holders. (Section 8, VASH, etc.)
